Most moves will be shown as a full job cost based upon the information you give us. You will know exactly how much to expect to pay based upon this information before your move. If we do require hourly pricing, we will make that clear to you in advance.
Will you be able to help us move if we haven't completely packed everything up yet?
Absolutely. We can help you pack up the rest of your home or we can pack your home completely. If you need packing supplies, wrapping, or last-minute packing assistance, please tell us before scheduling so we know what type of equipment and staff to have available for you.
What do you advise us to do before the movers' arrival?
Please clear all walkways, set aside items you will be keeping with you, and if possible, disconnect any electronics before the movers arrive. If there are any fragile items or items that are of high value, please let us know when we arrive so that we can wrap and protect them accordingly.
Do you move apartments, condos, and high-rises?
Yes, we move apartments, condos, and high-rise buildings on a regular basis. Please let us know in advance if your building has reserved elevators, restricted loading areas, or restricted hours of movement, so that we can prepare to avoid delays.
Can you hold my items from pick-up until delivery?
Yes, if your new home is not ready to move into, we can store your items on a short-term or long-term basis. All items are stored in a safe and organized manner so that delivery will be just as seamless as pick-up.
